First time shopping with Silver Aisle? We’re so happy to have you on board! Your journey with us can be completed in 5 easy steps!
Step 1: Select either “Gifts” on the homepage or “Gifting” on the top navigation bar to browse through our beautiful collections.
Step 2: Then, choose the item(s) you’d like to gift by clicking “Add to Cart”
Step 3: Next, select the Cart icon on the top right hand corner of the page to review your order, and then proceed to check out.
Step 4: Enter the required details: customer and recipient information, delivery details, and the note you would like included in the card (it will take you less than a minute!)
Step 5: Finally, make the payment on our secure Sampath Bank payment page.
Thereafter, you will be directed on to your order confirmation page (you will also receive these same details via a confirmation email!)

Yes!
For items belonging to the same-day delivery category, if an order is placed before 2pm, we will deliver the gifts within the day. If it is placed after 2pm, it will be delivered the following day.
For all other items, the earliest delivery date will be 02 days from when the order is placed.
However, if you would like something delivered last minute, do get in touch with us on +94 71 225 8888 and we will do our best to facilitate the request.

Cakes: The colours and messaging is completely customizable. Furthermore, we have listed the flavor profiles available, kindly let us know which you would prefer.Flowers: If you would like a specific colour story, let us know.
Of course! At the point of checkout, pen down the note you would like included and the respective vendor will handwrite it on our complimentary Silver Aisle card which will accompany your gift(s)
As long as the order hasn’t been prepared/pre-ordered, yes!
Of course! We are lucky to have a loyal customer base across the world who love sending gifts to their family and friends residing in Sri Lanka via Silver Aisle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment. If you do not wish to use a credit card, you may also opt for an online bank transfer; please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to assist you!

If you are trying to place your order from overseas, (and if it is your first time ordering with Silver Aisle), it would be best to reach out to your local bank as they sometimes have measures in place to block the first transaction to an overseas merchant due to security reasons. We have found that this resolves most payment related issues.
Alternatively, please reach out to our team at anytime and we will be more than happy to process the order offline, in which case you may pay via a bank transfer.

Yes! We work with Sampath Bank to make shopping online safe. Sampath Bank holds all credit card information securely and no credit card information is held by us or accessible to us at any point.
Same-day delivery items: If the order is placed before 2pm, the gifts will be delivered within the day. If it is placed after 2pm, it will be delivered the following day
For all other items: The earliest we can deliver the gift(s) is 02 days from when the order is placed (or, alternatively, any day thereafter as selected by you)
Currently, we deliver within Greater Colombo at no additional cost.
If you’re delivery location is outside this region, please do get in touch and we will help facilitate your order with a slightly additional delivery charge.
You may specify your preferred time on the “Special Instructions” box, however, please note that while we do our best to accommodate the requests, we do not promise or guarantee the delivery at that given time.
